Liability Agreement:

This agreement is a contractual agreement of Hillsboro Limousine for transportation service and pertains to the performance by the customer in the vehicle.
In addition to the hourly rate shown for the vehicle and the chauffeur, the client agrees to pay any damages or cleaning in excess of usual use and ware. Decision as to the ware and use of the vehicle rests with the company, solely, and its experience as to the general use of hired vehicles and its decision is final.
Signature of the party hiring the vehicle at the bottom of this page constitutes complete agreement and understanding of charges shown and is his or her responsibility in leaving the vehicle in the same condition as when entering and agrees to any additional charges as consequences of abuse to the vehicle during time of use.

Broken or missing glasses will incur a $10.00 charge each.

IF ANYONE GETS SICK OR SMOKES IN THE VEHICLE, IT WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $250.00 CLEANING FEE

Note: Hillsboro Limousine is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. No refund on deposit will be given within 72 hours of reservation date. Prom reservations require a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of the reservation. No alcoholic beverages will be supplied by Hillsboro Limousine.

NO SMOKING, DRUG USE OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION BY MINORS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE VEHICLE. SUCH ACTION WILL RESULT IN THE RIDE BEING TERMINATED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!
